For this purpose your trainee should have installed the "GETHAIR Trainee App". Conversely, you can accept invitations from trainees. Invitations are sent out for this purpose and must be confirmed by both sides. If you are accepted as a coach by the trainee, you will receive the results of each completed training with the request to create a feedback. As a certified coach, you create a professional feedback based on the information sent and rate it with stars. The trainee receives your assessment and suggestions for improvement of his results.
