The Competent as a Teacher app is intended to support the development of starting teachers. The app contains the Dialogue Cards that have been developed within the Junior Teacher project of the AUAS and can be used as a reflection tool and as a guide during counseling discussions between a starting teacher and a supervisor, or between a student-in-training and a supervisor.
