Executive Training Institute or ETI is the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association's annual conference and law enforcement expo. Each spring it highlights national law enforcement speakers, products and networking opportunities. The 2020 conference will be held at the River's Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud.
