RajSSO-AMS is a user-friendly and intuitive attendance capturing application intended for use by employees of state government i.e., employees of Government of Rajasthan only. The primary objective is to electronically capture the attendance of employees of state government and eliminate the process of recording physical signature on office attendance register on daily basis. The app is initially restricted for use by employees of Department of Information Technology & Communication (DoIT&C), Government of Rajasthan on Pilot basis and later would be extended for other departments of state government. Application requires Rajasthan Single Sign On (RajSSO) based authentication (SSOID/ Password) and post successful authentication provides MARK-IN, MARK-OUT, OUT OF OFFICE and ON LEAVE options for marking the attendance of the employee. Apart from capturing Date and Time, Geo-location is also captured by the application and is later used for monitoring on a GIS Map by establishment section of the department. After Pilot Phase, more features including bio-metric authentication would be added in the app to make it better and useful for employees of state government.
