Turkmen cuisine (Turkm. Türkmen tagamlary) is the national cuisine of the Turkmen people. In terms of technology and assortment of products, it is very close to the cuisines of other Central Asian peoples, although among the Turkmens all dishes have their own Turkmen methods of preparation. Among the Turkmen, the most popular dishes are pilaf, which in Turkmen will be “palow”, manti - “manty”, dumplings - “börek”, dograma - “dograma” (crumbled meat and bread drenched in broth).

Tehnologiýa we önümleriň görnüşi taýdan beýleki Merkezi Aziýa halklarynyň aşhanalaryna örän ýakyn, türkmenleriň arasynda ähli tagamlaryň öz türkmen bişirme usullary bar.
