"Yasai" means vegetable in Japanese, and is completely linked to the changes that we seek to generate in the diet and awareness of our society. We are a family micro-company that cooks with love, with respect and care for our environment. We only use biodegradable packaging, and together with recycling, we try to minimize the use of plastics in our processes as much as possible. We seek to make vegan cuisine something new and versatile, constantly incorporating new proposals.
