Techercise's One Rep Max Calculator uses not one project one rep max formula for its calculator, but seven! The average of the results from each formula is taken to provide you with a more accurate projected one rep maximum. The seven formulas used are: Epley, Bryzcki, Lander, Lombardi, Mayhew (et al.), O'Conner (et al.) and the Wathan formula.
