Throughout both the virtual and in-person fitness trainings in Mess In Progress, I educate while holding you accountable for embracing the messy and truly developing the discipline to better your fitness and wellness. With a tailored program based on your goals, I will provide you the tools and knowledge to feel comfortable in your own skin. There is no “failing” in this program, but
