Focused for weight lifting, it is a chronometer aimed to keep track of total workout time and resting times. The "lap" button should be pressed everytime you will take a rest so you can keep track of the rest-time. Also a counter tracks the times you click the rest button as to also aid you in keeping track of the total working sets (you can reset this number when you switch exercises and the timer will keep running so you dont lose track of total time)
