Run Trainer Basic was designed to get you moving. It takes you in 8 weeks from no running to 5 km. Continue your journey and complete the 10 km program. You can enjoy both treadmill and GPS tracking. All program runs completed will be saved and GPS data if applicable. Audio cues will help you along the way. Not ready to run, don't walk instead. Audio cues are adjustable. There is nothing stopping you from doing a brisk walk and walking. All you have to do is hit start.
