"Raja Mantri Chor Sipahi" is a modern day paper & pencil game for four players. It is very popular game in North India and other neighboring countries, especially among school going children from 80's to 90's.

It requires minimum four players to play and a score-board keeper to keep the scores which a playing member can also do on a sheet of paper with pencil/pen or may be on a writing board with chalk or a marker as per availability.
