There are 134 hymns of Sheik Farid incorporated in the Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Many Sikh scholars ascribe them to Farid Shakarganj of Pak Pattan, a disciple of the Sufi Qutbuddin Bakhtiyar Kaki.
