On the 12th June 1991 fourteen members of the local community met with his Eminence Archbishop Gregorios and took the first steps towards the formation of our church. For the first seven years The Twelve Apostles church has shared Saint Andrews Anglican church in Cuffley, Hertfordshire. Whilst we will always be grateful to the congregation of Saint Andrews for their hospitality, the drawbacks of sharing were obvious, and our dream was always to have a church of our own.
