With the LCN service app, you have all the information for the Local Control Network at your fingertips, even if there is no network available. An archive of installation instructions includes not only current but also older versions of LCN components that are no longer available. Frequently asked questions about LCN hardware and software are answered in a knowledge base that is gradually expanded and completed. In the technical documentation, you will find examples of solutions for mastering complex or unusual tasks with LCN, including suggestions for parameterization or visualization. Thus, the LCN service app provides much more support than we already have online in our website. If a question is not answered in the LCN service app, or if you need additional help, you can send an e-mail to our technical hotline directly from the app or call them.
