Holy scriptures in Karakalpak (Cyrillic script) The Holy Book contains the Tawrat, Zabur, Injil, books of the prophets and some other books. Many of the people and some of the stories told in these books will be familiar to Central Asian readers. In addition to stories, the Holy Book contains poetry, proverbs and other kinds of literature. Called “Библия”, “the Bible” and similar names in other languages, it is the most widespread book in the world, and considered a cornerstone in world literat
