"FieldTrak" Technology Solution is the property of Hitachi Payments Services (HPY) and is used for facilitating field service effectiveness and onsite service management. FieldTrak enables allocation of multiple tasks to the HPY field team and allows the operational team to track status of service performance. The app has an active location service feature allowing effective route management. FieldTrak additionally supports the field service team to claim expenses based on corporate Travel & Exp
