The IUOE 513 App is the official Member app of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 513. Established in 1906 under the International Union of Steam Engineers and later in 1932 becoming Hoisting and Portable Local 513 of the International Union of Operating Engineers. IUOE 513 covers the Eastern half of Missouri and has more than 4,200 members. Our Members are instrumental in the construction of almost all major building and road projects in the eastern portion of Missouri. So
