We all respond to appreciation expressed through recognition of our good work because it confirms that our work is valued.

To do so we have launched an initiative called “Shabaash” wherein we will be encouraging values in Lupinytt’s, bringing positives Vibes in the world of Lupin. Lupinytt’s who demonstrate these values will be appreciated so that they set an example for others.

“Shabaash” is an appreciation program based on Lupin values. It is an initiative to appreciate each other across hierarchy who demonstrates exemplary value traits in their day to day actions and behaviors.

The features specific to this mobile application include;
A detailed Scoreboard displaying the tally of all appreciation offered and received across various values
A notification feature to remind you of your collected appreciations
An easy login mechanism using a username and password
A personalized profile page which can be customised to include your contact details and an image of your choice
A drop down appreciation form to be filled at the time of offering appreciation
An advanced search option to hunt and select the chosen employee
