By allowing the employee to take time stamped before and after photos, notes, project specific details and send them immediately upon completion, the customer does not need to look over any work done or just assume it has been complete. The SubCity app can work with any amount of employees and any service oriented small business by providing each employee with their own unique user ID and password to log into the app, see their daily schedule, click on each “job” to see details, then take before and after photos of that job before it is started and after completion. Once the job is complete and the proper information is filled out along with the photos, all info is sent immediately to the management of the company and to the customers email address on file. There are multiple user/pass combinations as well, one for basic employee for maintenance, one for repairmen and one designated for management that has the ability to take multiple photos, record notes and deliver an in person walk through estimate with the potential customer side by side with the owner or manager and be able to agree on that estimate on the spot with a live signature from the potential customer.
