Urban Utilities are responsible for delivering drinking water, recycled water and sewerage services to over 1.4 million customers across South East Queensland. This app is designed to allow users to launch, complete and submit corporate eForms from any location within our service territory using a web-enabled device. As such, this app is only available for use by Urban Utilities employees.
