MySmartShala aims to become one stop solution for educational institutions to go paperless and build a robust community among students, teachers and educational institutes.

1)MySmartShala is first-of-its-kind software that provides a Unique solution for project report submission, evaluation, and storage digitally.
According to our survey, an average individual college every year is responsible for cutting down 5 to 10 trees and spends around Rs.5 lakhs to Rs.15 lakhs for printing & using papers.

2)One of the major paper consumption processes in colleges is report submission followed by assignments and notices. MySmartShala aims to cut down this orthodox culture by introducing a unique way of Online Submission, where students can upload projects/reports and teachers can approve the same with a Digital Signature.

3)MySmartShala has a state-of-the-art algorithm to examine spelling accuracy when uploaded with documents and allows teachers to sign digitally once the report is approved by software. The colleges can later retrieve and view the projects uploaded by students which are securely stored in a repository.
