UPSDM (Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission) has been instituted to provide employable skills to the youth of the State. MAGIC (Mobile Application for Growth In Career), the primary objective of the app is to counsel the candidates within the age cohort of 14–35 years, school and college dropouts, and unemployed youth native of the State who are registered for trainings under various skill development short term courses.
