VajiraLog is an E-logbook application designed to exclusively use in Faculty of Medicine Vajira Hospital, Navamindradhiraj University. Students can easily record their patient records and activity with its simple-to-use interface and enhance their self reflection with many supporting features. The responsible students must be aware that any information deal with patient is confidential. The application is still in deverloping process so any suggestion or idea would be welcomed
