Zen Buddhism or also called simply Zen is a school of Buddhism that originated in China during the Tang dynasty and whose meaning is: meditation.

Zen is based on the practice of sitting meditation, understanding the nature of mind, and of course expressing this insight in daily life especially for the benefit of others.
