Our Milking Process:- The cows are brought into the holding area and prepared for milking. After proper cleaning of the udder with iodine solution, the milking machine is placed on the udder to suck out the milk into bulk milking coolers. The milk is then pasteurized with a mild heat of less than 100°C in order to eliminate pathogens and extend its shelf life. It is then filled into sterilized glass bottles and prepared for delivery.
