The Ristorante Pizzeria Fiore was born in 1968, reaching as first restaurant opened in Alcamo, by the will of its founder Gaspar Fiore. Always local historian stood out for Pizza, strictly with wood oven, which still today is produced continuously by Fiore family, having been handed down by the founder, with his wife, and then the children.
