Hey Guys! My name is Jake Schum, owner of Gridiron Gateway Elite Training LLC. I am a former NFL and XFL Punter with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (NFL), Green Bay Packers (NFL) and Tampa Bay Vipers (XFL).

For years leading up to my first season in the NFL, I developed a passion in the gym. I learned so much about my body and how training the right ways could improve both my health (mentally/physically) and my athletic ability. Not only just for athletics, but for everyday functional movements as well. Working out consistently can make you feel better and move more easily on a day-to-day basis. I knew that one day after football, I wanted to share my knowledge and help others reach their fitness goals!
