The LinkBluCon app can be used with BluCon (NightRider) and Libre sensor to transfer and display Libre sensor readings on the phone and watch for remote monitoring. People can use this app to see readings through a user-friendly and intuitive UI. It also provides a logbook to view past readings. Sign-up is not compulsory.
