The One Punch Workout Training App will provide you a "Road to Hero". A "Day Challenge" contains four home workouts: 1. Push Up 2. Pull Up 3. Sit Up 4. Squat Also, there are three different levels: 1. Beginner 2. Amatuer 3. PRO As you complete all the day challenges for each level, you will have an access to the next level which has the same workout but more repetitions.
