Rippedism 1 and 2 are intense workout programs that will burn fat and build lean muscle. Both programs consist of no more than 35 minutes of high intensity interval workouts per day structured over 60 days and can be done with little equipment. Can follow program calendar in app or skip around as desired. Will challenge advanced members but will welcome beginners with modifications.
