Ann draws upon her running experience, from her time as a DI athlete to her prolific road racing career which includes the Olympic Trials Marathon, to bring you the yoga that will best help you to your own running potential. As a Ph.D. in English, Ann is a clear, detail oriented, and joyful teacher to make your own home yoga practice both fun and successful!
