The Sleep Diary is a tool to obtain insight in your sleeping pattern and the quality of your sleep. Each day, you register the sleep of the night before, in the following steps: 1. Move the marker ‘I want to sleep’ to indicate the time you turned of the lights to go to sleep. 2. Move the marker ‘I want to stay awake’ to indicate the time you decided to stay awake (e.g. the time your alarm went off and/or turned on the lights). 3. Register the time you were asleep in the top bar (‘Sleep’). 4
