Tackle your Feelings Schools is our mental health and wellbeing campaign tailored towards younger audiences and will be used as part of a classroom workshop to teach the basics of mental health and wellbeing. The resources will be completed in combination with classroom exercises to help students take control of their mental wellbeing in areas such as happiness, gratitude, and self-compassion.
