Table No. 5 & ndash; This is a special number diet developed by Dr. M. I. Pevzner and designed for people suffering from diseases of the liver, biliary tract and gall bladder.

The diet is selected in a unique way so that the nutrition is complete, but excludes unwanted and harmful products for the liver. The purpose of this diet is to help you start eating right, thereby avoiding unnecessary stress on the liver. Food will be about 4-5 times a day. Fasting is also recommended.
