As per NITI Ayog of India our world bank supported urbanization program is likely to shift 10 crore citizens out of villages before 2030. Attributed to demographic dividend and intrinsic in-house consumption story, this urbanization will turn Indian real estate market into 3rd biggest in the world worth 1 trillion USD(76 Lakh Crore Rs).
