The commonwealth of Mairaga is an entity formed by different localities of Navarre middle zone, to supply, sanitation and water treatment, management of integrated water cycle, management and treatment of municipal solid waste, environmental protection, action socioeconomic and promotion of regional development and in improving infrastructure.
