Do not think about spirituality as religion, since it is not the same thing, but as a differentiation between the material world and the immaterial one. The differentiation that leads you to asking you who am I? Why am I here? And what am I going to do in this life?.
To develop spirituality means bringing a stronger sense of balance into your life. This is achieved by the acceptance of a spiritual need and a desire to fill that need.
