The OBU City Base mobile application provides support for logistics system dispatching functions. OBU City Base Mobile is not a replacement for, but a complement to, the web-based interface, which has a similar purpose but provides a more complete functionality. The main purpose of the application is to provide the user (dispatcher or fleet manager) with the possibility to perform basic fleet monitoring functions while away from the computer.
