Nephrodiet is a tool to help kidney patients eat better. It is aimed at patients in ACKD (pre-dialysis), on hemodialysis or on peritoneal dialysis. It has been carried out by the Íñigo Álvarez de Toledo Renal Foundation based on a program designed and provided by Fernando Martínez Casado, a kidney patient. It has the scientific endorsement of the Spanish Society of Nephrology (SEN) and the Spanish Society of Nephrological Nursing (SEDEN). The data collected therein is prepared by Daniel Escobar
