Painometer is a smartphone app that helps users to assess momentary pain intensity. It allows to measure, store, display graphically and send a set of measures of pain intensity. It includes four well-validated pain intensity scales: the Faces Pain Scale-Revised (FPS-R), the Numerical Rating Scale (NS), the Coloured Analogue Scale (CAS), and the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).
