This application has been made for inspection of units to be registered under PPNDT Act 1994 under Health & Family Welfare Department Uttar Pradesh. District level nominated Inspector would be submitted an inspection report to concerning CMO through the support of App. CMO will be using this report for registering process of ultrasound center.
