Since 2014, Ouest Track Radio has established itself as a local associative radio project, emerged thanks to the initiative of Papa's Production and supported by a dedicated team of volunteers. His role ? Amplify cultural, social, sporting and civic initiatives in Le Havre and its surrounding areas.


After years of exploring temporary FM frequencies and expressing itself as a web radio, it took a new step by becoming a permanent radio on October 1, 2019, by decision of ARCOM. From now on, it broadcasts all year round in DAB+, the cutting-edge technology for broadcasting in digital quality. Ouest Track Radio thus positions itself as a pioneer in France in the use of this technology which promises to replace traditional FM.
