Radyo Sinerji was founded in 1994 by Gökkuşağı Radyo İletişim Yayıncılık A.Ş. It started broadcasting on the frequency 99.0 FM. The shares of Gökkuşağı Radio, which has followed a successful broadcasting policy in Tokat for many years, were transferred to Sinerji Yayın Radyo Ticaret A.Ş. on December 15, 2014. It was purchased by. Its infrastructure and transmitting antenna were completely renewed and it started broadcasting again as Radio Sinerji on March 9, 2015.
