Az-Zalsal (Arabic: الزلزلة - Earthquake) is the ninety-ninth sura of the Quran. Sura Medina. Consists of 8 verses.

All the verses of this surah are dedicated to the events of Doomsday. They speak of an earthquake, when the earth throws out all its treasures and the dead from within, when a person is surprised to ask what suddenly struck him, and when people will rise and disperse from their graves for retribution.
