Al-Kafirun (Arabic: الكافرون - Infidels) is the one hundred and ninth sura of the Qur'an. Meccan Sura. Consists of 6 verses. Sura tells about the attitude towards the Gentiles. This sura was sent down after the polytheists urged the Prophet Muhammad to accept and bow to their beliefs, in return promising to bow to Allah and keep peace.
