Jan Nigrani is an internet based solution for reporting and resolution of grievances against various Govt. schemes from registered residents of UT of J & K.

The solution connects Citizens and Officials on an app based platform where a grievance once reported against a specific scheme is automatically mapped to a location specific Official hierarchy undertaking implementation of the specific scheme.
The solution has a Mobile App Based Interface for Citizens and Officials and a Web Based Interface for Admin.
