A wide selection of symbols are provided in a range of categories from which the user can construct a symbol phrase for spoken output. A separate category named "Start Words" contains common opening statements such as "I want", "I dont like", "I have" "to go" , as some examples. Selecting a symbol from a category displays the symbol and the spoken words in a window at the top of the screen. Continuing to add symbols creates the phrase the user wants to have spoken. Symbols can be spoken on selec
