All features of this app is completely free. The workout rep counter app counts for Cardio, Pilates and Calisthenics. The app can be used everyday for exercise and there is no in-app purchase provision. The Pranayam/ Breathing Exercise feature is for meditation and relaxation. The gym log feature can be used to count swimming laps, athletic circuits or by instructors in gym.
The user can also add cardio activities like Squats, Burpees, Leg raises, Mountain climber, Surya Namaskar, Asanas, etc. There is no limit for added activities. The added activity will be shown in Right hand side as a "Drop Down List". The app promotes health and fitness and good mental health.
