They can then choose to purchase these items without your knowledge while allowing others who follow your wishlist to see that they've been purchased. No more screenshots of a notes app, or receiving multiples of the same gift! Once you've chosen to purchase an item, you can find a list of items, sorted by individual, under the My Purchases tab congregated to make shopping easy.
