The Difference between the top 1% or that is students studying in premier institutes to other institutes is the exposure first concerning the right learning and guidance and then equal access to employment opportunities. The Reason companies don’t hire from tier 2 or tier 3 or rather prefer to hire from tier 1 is because they have better chances of getting a good candidate fit as per their needs from tier1. They have better ROI. In the current scheme of things, companies look for soft signals to know who is a better candidate either by seeing their current pedigree, CGPA, 10th or 12th scores max.
